The following trading terms and conditions apply to AAW Global Logistics in Australia and AAW Global Logistics in New Zealand. Please read these conditions carefully as they govern any contractual relationship between you, the customer, and us, unless and until they are amended with alternative contractual arrangement entered between you, the customer and us.
We wish to inform you that we have updated our Trading Terms and Conditions (TTCs), with an effective date of July 11, 2024 (the Effective Date).
The revisions to our TTCs incorporate changes in response to legislative amendments, including updates to Australian Consumer Law.
For accepted service requests which you have already made with us, on the basis of our TTCs, or which you will make prior to the Effective Date, those contracts will be concluded on the basis of the current TTCs. For all service requests which are made on or after the Effective Date, the updated TTCs will apply.
Your acceptance of the updated TTCs is implied by your continued bookings with us on or after the Effective Date.
Please also note, in accordance with our announcements on 23rd August 2023 regarding our group restructure, we have refined the definition of “Company” in the TTCs to refer to AAW Group Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 007 257 865) and/or its Related Bodies Corporate. Those related bodies include, and the TTCs therefore also apply in respect of, AAW Global Logistics (Australia) Pty Ltd ACN 668 555 048 (also trading as AAW Project Logistics), AAW Bulk Liquid Logistics Pty Ltd ACN 668 554 710, AAW Global Logistics (NZ) Limited NZCN 6844333, Regional Shipping Services Pty Ltd ACN 087 872 580 (also trading as PIL Logistics Australia), and Coastalbridge Pty Ltd ACN 668 259 818 (also trading as Coastalbridge Agencies).
